Ann Fields named president of William Penn University

Ann Fields, an alum of Iowa State University and the College of Human Sciences (’92 Ag Business, MS ’94 Econ-Ag, PhD ’01 Ed Admin, PhD ’01 Education Leadership and Policy Studies), has been named president of William Penn University in Oskaloosa.

Fields will serve as the 26th president of the university, and the first female to hold the title. She has served as a faculty member, vice president of operations and systems, and provost and interim president, before accepting this position.

William Penn University is a liberal arts institution founded in 1873 by Quaker pioneers.
